Hello JosueThere seems to be a misunderstanding on your part here I believe.I went to bed on Thursday night 22nd November with 169-170million chips.I did not,nor was I asked by anyone for my fb information, nor would I have given it to anybody if I had been asked. On Friday morning when I opened my pc to log on to both Zynga and fb it was asking me to relog on.Displayed in the email area was email address [email protected] person is a fb friend of mine and plays Zynga poker(Teresa herself was hacked for her chips that same day and being unable to contact Zynga live chat sent you three emails of complaint and had her chips restored to her within hours or at least that is what she told me at the time, of course I have only her word on this). Not suspecting anything I deleted it entered my own fb email log on address and my password. It was rejected and came up that all had been changed at 4.53 am that morning while I was well and truly asleep.I am still waiting on fb to finish there investigations into this incident as they have yet to get back to me.In the meantime they have blocked my account and I cannot access my farmville farms nor my poker account.I had a dispute with your company regarding purchased poker chips recently and was not happy with the outcome surely this can have no bearing on this matter.I am a more than reasonable person but I know very very little about the world of computers but I do know I am an honest person and I have recounted events to you accurately and honestly in every manner and detail.Three friends recently have been hacked and had there chips restored in hours via Zynga live chat.I however can not even get on to live chat.I know that I have been looking in the right place as my friends have sent photos of the correct place.Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you in the very near future,Steve Ellis

Hello Stephen,
This is Josue. I understand that you are having an issue with your Zynga Poker chips. I am unable to verify that the reported loss was the result of a compromise or hack on your account. As a result, I cannot credit any lost chips back to your account.
Please review the information in this article: How do I protect my account from being compromised for steps that you can take to secure your account.
In addition to the steps contained in the above article, we would also like to remind you that Zynga will never ask for your Facebook account information in exchange for Zynga Poker chips.
