Ordered Microsift Publisher with Complete Software Centre as the site appeared to be a Microsoft retailer.
The email with the order details was lacking in detail. I logged into the provided URL and was taken to a page of other company links.
There was nowhere I could login to my account to download my purchase.
I have requested a refund and have had no response.
Reading reviews of this company they appear to prefer the customer to call them so they can gain remote access to the customers computer to download programs that microsoft make quite straight forward to download.
It appears they need to have lengthy remote access and I raise the question is there an alterior motive?
Reputable companies don't need to do this with their bona fide downloads and procedures.
I do not want the product from a company with questionable download procedures and customer service.
I want my money refunded because I have not been able to access or have the product I paid for.
