A representative from this company called claiming to be collecting on an authorized order for my company Recycle Technologies Inc. The original call was in August. I clearly stated that we did not authorize anything and did not order anything. He told me he would take care of it and that we would not see any bill, but he tricked me into doing a recording that made it sound like I was ordering their service. I never saw an invoice. Two months later I get a call freom thei collections department asking for $667.39 because our payment is overdue. I explained to the guy what the previous rep said, but he just said that the recording is binding contract. This is theft and trickery! I did not order this service. I was very clear to the first rep that nothing is being authorized.

- Our church in Maryland has been trying to resolve a similar issue with this organization. Danny O'Leary contacted us from Online Local Yellow Pages. I asked for their legal department and was not provided information. We never received an invoice from them or any login information until it was already at collections, then we magically started receiving correspondence from them. They are trying to trick us into paying for services we did not receive. I would recommend contacting the attorney general's office of Consumer fraud and protection in NY.
