was charged 76.92 for a product claimed to have shipped to my home address never received. Furthermore, it's been over 5 business days (7 days to be exact), and I cannot get professional assistance to track shipment for product never received for credit.

Wela instructions for immediate reimbursement is to pay cost personally to return product to them to get reimbursed.

If I cannot even track package with tracking number with Wela vendor claimed to have shipped over 5 business days, but then also claimed product has not been shipped when internally tracked through their system (two stories do not not make sense), how can I get reimbursed.

If product never shipped yet, who would want hassel to 1) wait for product never ordered, 2) pay additional cost for shipment, 3) nconvenience to repackage and get it mailed back just to be reimbursed for an "unauthorized" charge on my credit card for 76.92?

I spoke to Emily today 12/27 between 2:45-2:55pm ET at member services:
1) to confirm charge on my credit card for product I never ordered.
a. Emily claimed to note my request/dispute in my account so I will not be charged or sent products in the future.
b. She addressed for my refund, to return product once received so I can get reimbursed immediately $76.92.

2) I explained when I purchased product for like $5.99 or some sort back in Oct, I called to confirm it was a one time fee, that my credit card would not be used for any future automatic product shipment.
a. Emily claimed she is the only person who answers calls and notes accounts for any type of info as such and that she never received my call to verify/cancel any future charges/product shipment.

3) Emily verified product was shipped to "659 Main Street, #B, North Potomac, MD 20878" Nov 18th (a Sun) which does not sound correct since their is no mail service on Sundays.
a. The product was shipped over 5 business days and Emily claimed through her internal tracking system, product was not shipped and to call back tomorrow.
-Additionally she claimed, through her internal tracking system, she cannot obtain a "tracking number" to provide me so we could verify together on-line.
-I asked if I could escalate this to her manager, she said she is the manager. I asked if I could escalate this to her boss, she said her boss does not take calls and hung up the phone on me.
