I had a Carbonite account that worked fine. I had an email from Carbonite support sent in March 2011 confirming I had a valid account until 11/2/2013.
After reinstalling the software, my account "disappeared". Carbonite said the wasn't valid despite THEIR support person saying it was valid through 2013. They basically said that was tough. A manager was supposed to contact me 5 days ago, but never has.

There was supposed to be free time when I was referred to sign up for Cabronite -- none appears on the order form. I also tried Leo, TWIT, and Rush (all whom I have heard discounts from on their radio program) and done work.
What is the best discount I can get? I signed up because of the referral, but it is odd that that discount alone didn't appear.
