I was going through netlearningpackage.com and was asked to pay USD1.00 for registration. After the website prompt me to pay for certain software, I closed the window immediately as I wasn't interested. I remember clearly that I DID NOT authorize netlearningpackage.com to charge the amount USD69.95 to my credit card. And the unauthorized charge happened on 19/10/2012.
