Thanks for sending our H.R. branch regarding the open position. You appear more than capable for our open position. Our HR manager has narrowed the many of resumes we have acquired down to 6 and you have been selected to move to the the next stage in the hiring process. Please see below for the work description.

Job necessities: Great print/oral interaction skills in order to execute administrative duties together with answering phones and logging messages, the preparation of mailings, the classification and upkeep of supply amounts, elementary copying, common filing and emailing, and typewriting correspondence. We will impart additional exact details at our interview.

Hours: 9 A.M. - 5:30 p.m. (Hours can be a bit adaptable if needed)
Pay for this opening: 12 - 15.50 per hour (we will resolve eventual wages at some stage in the interview dependent on experience)
Our hiring procedure is just about finished. We only ask for you to finish a clear-cut IQ(Intelligence Quotient) quiz to display to the HR executive.
