I ordered a trial offer of two skin products on Oct 22, 2012. I received the products on the 22nd and 23rd of November along with 4 other creams. Upon listening to charges on my charge card, I was alerted to the fact that I had been charged the following:Oct 22 $3.01
Oct 22 $3.01
Oct 22 $6.08
Oct 22 $95.99
Nov 7 $81.74
I understand that there was a 14 and 30 day trial on the two products. The products were not even received within an acceptable time frame and more were sent. All were received in a two day period. When calling the company, I was advised they would refund my November 7th charge of 81.74. I also requested a refund of the 95.99 and they refused. I advised them I wanted to return all products and did not wish to deal with them. I spoke to Angela who was attempting to satisfy me by offering a 40% discount on future orders. What a scam.Six containers of cream in two days! Don't even send out the product until after what they consider the trial period and then repeatedly charge your credit card. I have cancelled the credit card and will be returning products today. I am requesting a full refund of my monies. I accept the two charges of $3.01 and that is all I believe I am responsible for. They did give me a return RNA# for the products. Unsure at this point whether it is to issue me full refund or not but based on conversation, I believe they are not willing to do this.

- I returned the products and as of today have heard nothing. It cost me 18.66 just to return the products in my attempt to get a full refund. I have a couple of the envelopes that the items were shipped in and the shipping dates are way beyond the original order date. They make it so that you don't get the initial product within 14 days. Very upsetting!

In addition to the above, there is also a charge from them under the guise slenderfitbody. This was nothing that I ordered or ever would. I am severly underweight and have no concern in this area. It appears they have numerous names/products that they are affiliated with
