on 10/21/12 I payed them $39.99 for a virus protection for my PC. I call them back 2 weeks later and requested my money back. They said I would receive a refun in 10days.
I waited the 10 days and the $39.99 refun was not added to my account. I call again on 11/25/12 requesting my refun and was told again it would forwarded to my account in 10 days 12/06/12. All I been getting is a run around!
