I received an email that prompted me to look a penny auctions. I registered for what I thought was free. I did enter a credit card like one does on ebay, and if item won your purchase can be made on that credit card. I immediately discovered a $99.00 charge to my account. I contacted BidRack's customer support center for a refund. I was told I had to enter a complaint for a refund at another site for BidRack. I called my bank immediately to reject payment and I was told they could not because it was in a processing mode. I called them 4 times, on the following day. I also contacted the group for refunds for BidRack. They sent an email stating unequivically NO REFUND. I never saw anything that said I authorize the $99.00 charge. They scammed me.
