I've been scammed on and by this site.
I've sold items and not received payment, I've refunded items and not received payment. I've been charged small fees that i knew nothing about. They told me they were going to hold my money for 3 days , then 45 days, then 180 days. telling me i cant spend the money in the account ever and i have to wait till april 2013 to take it out of their system. I spoke to one person on the phone who was supposed to have a high position, he was flamboyantly gay and decided not to tell me any of the information i was asking for. Ive had an overall terrible experience with paypal, they take advantage of their control over your money after you sign up. I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone. Ive had money on the account from selling items 20 days before rents due and they still found ways to hold onto the money longer. There's no end to the money i would have made and saved if paypal wasnt holding my money from me so in my eyes theres really no way to calculate the monetary damages. The number i put is the estimated sum of all my paypal money not recieved just in the 4th quarter of this year.
