this company have been taking money from my debit card since july £32.99 i spent 4 hours on phone and got no where im so upset about this as ive never signed up to this company.this is fraud as i never authorized them to take it from my card. when i called them all they keep saying is give me your bank details then i can find you. i told them no if you have me on your files you will have my name and email or a pass word they have nothing. if i was on this site i would have a profile i have not . i will not leave this matter and i will do everything in my power to stop them doing this to other people. its fraud!!!!! i can see some people have gone on there site. but i never did so where did they get my debit details from????? im going to the police and my bank asap..
