Yesterday there was a black friday sale going on at Kmart in my area and a boost mobile phone was on sale for 29.99. I woke up early to go to my local store to get one after waiting in line for an hour I was told once in the store that there were no boost mobile phones at that store. Dissapointed I drove home and decided to get on kmart.com to try to purchase the boost phone from there for the same price. I found the phone for the same price at a kmart store about 40 miles from me so I purchased it online for 29.99 and was emailed a conformation code along 31.49 being removed from my credit card. After about 6 hours I called the customer service number to see why I hadn't gotten a email saying my order was ready. After being on hold for half a hour I was told that my order could not be found at the kmart where I was supposed to pickup the item.The women I talked to on the customer service line said she would cancel that order and start a new order for the same product but unfortunately that product was now out of stock at the store. When I asked if I could get one shipped to me for the same price of 29.99 the women acted like she didn't even hear me and continued to try to get me to buy something similar or something else entirely. After telling her no I asked how this matter would be resolved and she told me the order was canceled and the money would be put back on my card in 3 to 5 business days.When I got off the phone with her I called my card company and asked when money would be put back on my card. The gentleman there told me the transaction was not canceled that it was still pending.The gentleman aat my card company told me if the customer service person would call them they would cancel it themselves. I then called customer service back and told them what was said by my card company only to be apologized to again and asked if i would be interested in ordering something else for the fiftieth time I told him no. Then after all of that he told me he would cancel the order. Today I called back just to make sure my order really was canceled and I was told it was pending cancellation and when I asked the customer service rep if she would just talk to the rep at my card company she just said im sorry it will take 3 to 5 business days till you get your funds. I am so mad these people are horrible how can you say you never got my order but you sure did take the money off my card fast. This should be illegal I work hard for my money and to just lose 31 dollars and not even recieve a item is sad. So i will end with this I will never order from sears or and of its other stores because obviously they are unorganized and only care about how much money they can make not about the consumers.
