Our company hired Pure Kitchen Catering to cater work lunches during the week. Pure Kitchen was "nice" enough to audition by catering lunches on a per-day basis. During the audition phase, the food was amazing. Once we signed the contract (and were bound to sue them on a long term basis), the food quality got progressively worse. Towards the end, the lunches were cheap, uninteresting, and not very good. They were phoning it in so much at the end, that their staff didn't even know what they were serving, which led to one of our employees having a very serious allergic reaction.
Pure Kitchen was aware of these problems, but had little interest in fixing them. Overall, they are an incredibly arrogant company and, from my experience, one that seems to be more interested in a "bait and switch" business model than anything more legitimate.
Our primary contact person was Joshua Yates. Kyren Bogolub also was aware of their scam.
Pure Kitchen is located in Chicago, Illinois. It's website is http://www.purekitchencatering.com/
