Talked with a representative of this company about an order I was returning because the age-defying lotion broke me out. Extremely rude guy said I was deliquent and they were going to take legal action. Would not accept return; will not refund my money (my bank seems to know this is a rip-off, since I have plenty in my account to cover this, but they are not paying it). Do not know what to do.
