I ordered the merchandise like it advertised through Dr.Oz on computer only to find out the following month after I received merchandise they sent me more and deducted my bank acct for the amount of $89.95 again. Put a complaint in with the bank and filled out paperwork money was put back in and then later down the road bank pulled money out again in my acct and sent letter dated November 5th, 2012 that decision was final and Merchant provided proof of purchase. I never denied I bought the merchandise but they never said it was going to happen on a monthly basis and your acct would be deducted each time. This is such a horrible way of getting people hooked into something I almost had a heart attack when i seen this happen to me after i sent their merchandise back to them as they requested and never returned my money as promised. I contacted the attorney general about this mess and they are supposed to be investigating this, all I want is my money back as I am on social security and can,t lose out on this kind of money.
