I purchased a 4 year auto protection coverage from Zing on 8/31/2010 for $1,743.27. I used it once in 2011. My service center, Banner Chevrolet, tried to make a claim on my behalf in Oct. 2012, but could not get through to phone and fax numbers. I tried calling and got the same non-response, just a message that never gets me to a person and no answers. I am currently in need of a repair that will cost me $300 out of pocket. I feel that Zing has frauded me. No one told me they went out of business and I don't seem to have any auto coverage which is still supposed to be in effect.
