After one day, I asked for a refund. They issued me a "ticket number." Told me a rep would be getting in touch with me. Days go by and nothing happens. I write again using the ticket number. Nothing. I had given up when on the first of the following month they took a 2nd $49.95 from my bank debit card. Left messages. They wrote back saying they don't issue refunds, everything goes through CLICKBANK. Called them. No, they have nothing to do with Mobile Money. Told me others had called also asking for refunds. They ask that you do not initiate a charge-back since "this imapacts us serverly."
