On several occasions I spent much time , energy and money to win a Louis Vuitton purse. Twice I was announced the "WINNER" then the computer seemed to "lock up" and suddenly I was no longer the winner of anything! Both times I contacted customer service and they said they could not provide me with the merchandise but could give me my spent bids back! They are nothing but scam artists!
