The cell phone they sent me was defective, drops calls and has terrible reception. The electric charger broke 3 days after I got it. They took 2 weeks to send me a replacement charger and in the meantime I had no phone service because the battery ran out of juice and I had no working charger. Then they billed me $15.00 which was unauthorized and 3 weeks before my next billing cycle. They refused to refund my money and now that I informed them I am porting my telephone number over to AT&T they are now refusing to release my phone number. They are a scam company and I think the federal govt. should cancel the contract they have to provide Life Line cell phone service. The whole thing is a scam, they lure you in with the promise of a free cell phone, but they are all piece of junk, defective, used "refurbished" phones - they whole purpose of their company is to lure you into buying a $250 Smart Phone and upgrade. They don't keep accurate accounting of how many minutes are used - if you log into your account on their website - they will only give you a record of the last 10 days of phone calls which makes it impossible to see where your talk time starts when you add minutes. This is a very sleazy company. The Live Chat feature on their website is useless. The customer service reps always change the subject if you ask for a refund. What could be resolved in less than 3 minutes takes 45 minutes to one hour online in Live Chat and 90% of the time, they don't solve the problem. This is a cell phone company from HELL - don't even think about becoming their customer.
