A truck was parked along Coffeen Ave. Sheridan, WY, selling the meat the middle of July 2012. I purchased 6 boxes of assorted cuts of frozen meat, told to be Angus beef. When the individual packages were thawed to be eaten, the meat was a greenis/gray color and had a strange smell. When cooked, the meat had a spongy texture and tasted as if it was almost spoiled or had been thawed/frozen/thawed/frozen. The tallow was yellow and the meat was tough and full of tendons.
