Poor Trading practices.
Offer of a free trial of Capsules for postal charge only then bill you for it at the end of the 14day free trial.
What is not told as part of their terms and conditions is.
That its not a free trial. You pay for it.
A Recoccurring charge made to your bank account without your prior knowledge for £75/$100
BE WARNED. by giving Slimtone your credit card details for the postage, you are unable to close your Credit card account.After 14 days, you are billed for £75 and them 3 days later the P & P charge.
If you are unaware of the charge made another P& P is charged to your account 30 days in advance and the cycle begins again.
To getout of the clause, and stop this re occurring transaction, they will offer you a 50% reduction.
If accepted you are rid of them, but I advise closure of your account since they pass on your credit card details to other companies.
ALSO if you decide to return all the goods received using their RMA number, Slim Tone leave you little time to meet their strict deadline of 21 days. So If you return the goods, and they say they have not received them on time, which they will do, you DO not get a refund, they keep your returned items, and you have nothing.
MY ADVICE. Cancel your credit card. Explain the issue to the bank who are generally sympathetic and will flag up concerns re your card.
Instruct your bank to BLOCK all payments to this company. On collection of the P & P charge Close your Credit Card account.
That gives you breathing space to return the goods to a PO Box... Get a proof of posting since using a PO Box in Ireland prevents a signed for delivery.
Make it clear that you do not want their product and state the reasons. Unreasonable trading practices. Tell them the card is blocked and that you are returning the items even the ones not ordered.
