I purchased a pair of Sandals end of September 2012. I received an initial confirmation of my purchase from Paypal, but no further communication from the seller after that (after sending e-mails to several different e-mail addresses for this company). I submitted a case with Paypal and they closed it stating that the merchant provided proof of delivery. Not sure how that was possible! I submitted a dispute with American Express and they said the same thing. Merchant has provided proof of delivery. This company actually provided a legitimate USPS tracking # that tracks via their website. These people are good. They must have some kind of "in" with the US Postal Service or are able to hack in or something! I called AMEX again and I even referenced this website. all the complaints and lost dollars. AMEX said they were noting this info on my case. We'll see if I get my money back. I feel like such an idiot, but see that I'm not alone.

- The exact same thing happened with me, but after calling paypal they refunded my money yesterday after I told them that I received a pencil in the mail. i had to wait until they tracking number provided showed delivered and the product was not as described. The paypal representative told me that their security office is very aware of this fraudulent seller so it would be worth it to give them a call back.
