Dr. Green came with out our permission and did a root treatment to our trees killing an approximately 15 ft. Blue Spruce over 15 years old. Cost of memories they do not have the money. Cost to replace around $1,200.00. Dr. Green left the gates open and the dogs got out and were almost killed by a car. Dr. Green said, after I called them about my dogs getting out and seeing the truck driving down the street that they were there to spray and the ground. I said, my dogs would have barked and all doors and windows were open and I did not see or hear them. Dr. Green said, that the ground would be wet around all trees and bushes. BUT, we had no rain for two weeks and no water or holes showed that they would put something down and no water around trees and bushes except one tree that is now dead. Just dry cracks around tree and bush beds. They even had the never to say they started on one end and let the root treatment follow the tree line vs. going one tree to another. They changed their story so many times. Dr. Green told me, I was not gong to have to pay for that service or any other bill and we canceled our service in April 2012 per our request. They did nothing right!! You had to sit and watch their every move. If my husband wasn't a landscape Engineer I would not have know one time that they did not put anything but sprayed water on the grass and called it fertilizer. Why would they credit me for this if they knew they didn’t do it? I complained ever time. I sent them a cease letter through their website email and U.S. Mail. They still call every night at 7pm on a work phone. Canada gave me a non working Naperville IL phone number and a non working fax and a non working email that was suppose to send the information directly to some one in the company in Naperville, IL. They won't call you back no matter how many times you ask the credit dept. So you deal with someone from Canada who does not know you and didn't sign you up or listen to you complain every time. Today we have written to the BBB, the Chamber of Commerce and the Fair Dept ACT. They were late in coming when they did come making me miss appointments. Now they want to bill me for a Spring Care in May after we canceled. Dr. Green just keeps calling you about a bill that was taken care of and they yell at you for owing a bill that was taken care of in May 2012 by a Naperville manger. By the way the manager would not send me out a zero balance to show proof and now we are told he is not there. Hummmm. I am requesting damages from the 3 Departments for price of the same tree and height and labor to put it in. Cost to replace around $1,200.00. All they had to do was stop calling on a zero balance and stop calling on a work phone. Have a manger from the Naperville office call or answer an email. They have done nothing. All phone calls will be taped at their knowledge. They are to only correspond with us through written correspondence.
