I ordered 4 tickets for a Sunday Matinee for 11/18/12 to "Mary Poppins" on the TicketMaster website. Received tickets for the 6:30 show which we could not attend because of a prior commitment. Called Ticket Master to exchange tickets and was told that the tickets were not in my name and they had not been paid with my credit card, therefore there was nothing they would do for me. The only reference to Song ticketing was a return mail address on the FedEx envelope. Ticketmaster offered no assistance and kept repeating that the tickets were not in my name even though they were in my possession. They claimed to have no relationship with Song Ticketing and took no responsibility for the lack of security on their web site. I will never use TicketMaster again.
