I paid for coins and it was immediately deducted from my bank account. I sent an inquiry via email and was told that there was no transaction. It sounds as though this happens quite often. I know it's only $8.00, but it is more the principal that they accept no liability nor spend any time researching this. The reply from DDC was obviously a canned response. I'll be disputing this charge with my bank, but want to add my dissatisfaction with the countless others over this deceptive and arrogant practice of taking money and providing no services in return.
