I have been a verizon customer for years. I first bought a iphone 4, and the battery died in 1 year 6 months wouldn't charge. I bought a brand new 4s and paid $300 at the store. Within 1 week the speakers went out and they told me to ship it to them by US Postal with the box they sent to me. They claim that I had water damage and is trying to charge be again $300 and they sent me a refurbed phone and it won't keep a charge. Their customer service is not nice and pretty much told me tuff. So because the refurbed phone they sent me isn't keeping a charge either. I decided to go with a different company. All the fee they tack on people is horrible. Someone needs to make them refund my money and close my contract. My phone number with them was (Personal Information Removed). My address is (Personal Information Removed)
