I have been a verizon customer for years. I first bought a iphone 4, and the battery died in 1 year 6 months wouldn't charge. I bought a brand new 4s and paid $300 at the store. Within 1 week the speakers went out and they told me to ship it to them by US Postal with the box they sent to me. They claim that I had water damage and is trying to charge be again $300 and they sent me a refurbed phone and it won't keep a charge. Their customer service is not nice and pretty much told me tuff. So because the refurbed phone they sent me isn't keeping a charge either. I decided to go with a different company. All the fee they tack on people is horrible.
