first pc called me and said that microsoft will be handling our account now, they told me that they are going to refund me 240.00 ,I told him that i paid more then 400.00 .they wanted my cc information and said that the money would go back on the card , I called the cc company and they said that there was 2 charges of 1.00 on each , I canceled the card somethin is going on . now I am out the 400 for 10 years of service.
