I sent CSN $5,000.00 part complete my poetry book and part for copies of the book. After 3 months the company was not doing any.
I call and sent email and ask for my money back. they ask me to give them another chance so I said ok. They sent me a type set with type set mistakes, spelling mistakes Type and mistakes on the format and stucture of the poems. I show them the mistakes and I have not heard from them at all. I wrote letter, call and sent emails asking for my money back. I have not had a responce. there is more than one location. I found Gery Kirk Vice Presendant. number on the yellow pages on the internet. He said they did the work and hung up the phone.
