At 8:51PM I received a text message from 612-719-4496. Informing me that I Won last month contest for a Free $1000. Target Gift Card and I had to go to Http://TargetWinners.com/ and entr code 4787 within 24 hours.
I did go on this site but got an error message stating this was not a good address. That is how I got this website. Do we know who is doing this.
