I bought my coupons for six person at Streetdeal for Phuket and Flights for 3D2N Stay at 4 Star Phuket Tropical Resort. Additionally, we paid for the hotel and government taxes and also the airport taxes in July but only yesterday (17 Nov), we received an email from Travelsmoove that they will be refunding our trip. We are so dissappointed with their service, for this bad news only came a week before our departure.

Now in their email they did not state clearly if they will be refunding full for all our expenses, inclusive of ground tour booked in regards to this trip?

I have dropped them an email and hopefully they would reply.

    I also purchase the coupon from travelsmoove & travel date in Jan 2013 period. May i know what the reason of cancel and whether they have refund your ground tour as well?

    They have shared that the reason of cancel is due to supplier could not meet the travelling date. Nope I have not receive any reply from them yet. Still waiting...

  • but they should change other supplier(hotel) to meet your travel date and can't just cancel & refund before 1 week of your dep.date!!! Hopefully they can find other way to source your issue.

  • You're right Sally. They should but in their email, they never elaborated which supplier could not meet the date. I have dropped them an email to ask if it's the hotel or airline but no response. So now I have already given hope for the trip and all I want is the FULL refund. I tried to call them several times yesterday but there's no one to pick up the phone. This is very bad news!

  • i tried also, nobody pickup the phone & email also no respond. i saw from facebook " travelsmove scammed me " have a lot plp complaint and found that the company was closed since 1st week of nov...now i also waiting street deal reply whether can get refund...keep me updated once you get details from them..thanks
