I received a text message saying I had won $1000 target gift card from my entry last month. All I had to do was go to TargetContests.com and enter code xxxx. I was so excited about winning because I don't have the money to by my children Christmas. I was so disapointed to find out that it was a scam. Not only did I get a big let down instead of winning $1000 dollars I lost my personal information. What can be done about these scammers? I think they should have to pay the money to everyone they scammed or tried to scam.
