I purchased some bids and bid on a gift card. I didn't win, so I used their buy it option. I waited and waited and it never came in the mail. I tried contacting Bidcactus.com, and they keep giving me the run around saying that they would send it out shortly. I still haven't received it and now they won't respond to my emails.
