A young man came to my door claiming he was raising money for a college trip to Spain, sponsored by World Wide Circulation, Inc. He asked for a check for $47 for some children's books that would be donated to a Children's hospital. I did not give money, and was pleased to finds his scam explained here along with an F rating from the BBB.
