Well, my story is the same as everyone else up here. Ordered new balance boots, sent money, never received an acknowledgement, then wrote to company through website... again no contact, wrote to e-mail address listed on the paypal transaction... no contact... now website doesn't exist. Started Paypal complaint process hopefully will get my money back.
Once bitten twice shy.
