i ordered a dark shadows dvd box set from tvruby,there are 29 of 105 discs that will not play in any of the 3 dvd players i own,i have contacted tvruby and was told by their costomer service manager that it would be taken care of. i haven't heard from them since 9-12-2012. i just want to watch the box set and don't think it's asking to much to expect what i bought in good faith to work properly.
Update: 11/25/2012
tvruby contacted me to say they would replace all the discs that don"t work, we are waiting to see if they do.

- i have recieved e-mails from tvruby that they will replace all discs that will not play,waiting to see!!!!!
