Can't believe this company is in business, I too have been scammed! I'd ordered the trial kit for $4.95, had never received anything from them, then noticed I as charged on my cc 2 other charges besides the initial $4.95, one for $99.95 and one for $49.95, charges showed up as from ecigsupplier.com and when you look that up, it gives no information.
I called a phone # on my cc stmt that was there from the initial charge, the other charges did not show a correct number, so had to research a little.
At this number, 877-657-3244, I got a recording that put me on hold and told me I was number 3 caller in line to talk to a Rep, when it would get to my turn, the call would drop! I called back 4 times and always did the same thing. In the call, it did say the name of the Company was Vapor Corp, so I looked them up online and finally got ahold of a Rep, Edward at extension 227, he looked up my order said it had been delivered and that the later charges were for the kit and extra filters. I have never received the initial order and told him did not understand the extra charges, he said they are for after a 21 day trial, in the fine print and on their website explains this. I never saw it on anything I read when first placed the order. He was responsive, but never offered information and did not explain anything unless I asked a question, but he did look me up and consented to refund my charges, so I will watch my cc and see!

I will also be turning them into the BBB, please do the same, we need to stop this type of dishonorable behavior in Companies we think we can trust!
