I purchased a Canary Diamond ring (called a "Luxury Item" in April 2012 from the Liquidation Channel on tv. They clearly stated it was returnable--no end date was mentioned. I planned to keep the ring, but then my husband died. I had the ring appraised at a reputable jeweler. They said the color was "enhanced", LC's host--said on air--that it WAS NOT enhanced, but 100% Natural. I have the printout from them which says the same thing. The center stone had a visible crack in it! Again, the host said the stones were perfect! When I received the ring it was beautiful to my eye, but I'm not a gemologist. I've been a volume customer of their sterling silver and gemstone rings for resale. I feel I am being wronged with the Canary. It was false advertising as for the quality of ring. Using the common diamond standards, they rated it highest on the scale. The jewelry store appraisers rated it the lowest. Please help me. I'm keeping all the other items I've purchased, I just want a refund on a damaged, misrepresented diamond ring. Thank you.
