I booked a trip to the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino for 10/27/12-11/3/12 on June 25, 2012 and paid in full. When we went to check in to the hotel on 10/27/12 they told us that the company we booked the trip with had filed bankrupcy on 10/23/12 and that they had not received our monies and that we had to pay again!!! With no place else to stay we had to pay again! When I got home I called Tripres.com (1-800-255-0372) and the guy who answered said he was hired to answer the phone and tell people the bankrupcy case #12-21951-BAM. Anyone have any idea what we can do??? Sue from Syracuse, NY.
