I can not completely remove Activeris Antimalware. The following files tell me I do not have permission:

I did not put this software on my computer. When I click on it, it runs this scan and then tells me if I want to clean the computer I have to purchase the software. How can a company put something like this on my computer that I CAN NOT REMOVE.
