I would like to make a complaint about Mr Jason West of the above company.

He has obtained personal information of mine and used it to try and install fear and bully me into not informing potential customers of his of his scamming ways.

This man and his companies have NEVER been offered any of my personal information, only my name and e-mail address. The information he obtained and then subsequently tried to use against me was an old CV which I used whilst living in a different Country almost three years ago. The information is no longer valid or up to date. I believe that he has obtained this information illegally. His use of this information is not acceptable and I have therefore reported him to the Information Commissioners Office for breaching the Data Protection Act 1998.

I have had no contact with this man which would then lead to him holding personal data, no matter how up to date.

I have contacted him with regards to a refund owing to my Husband, nothing more. I have copied and pasted the email in which he sent below. As you will clearly see, he is attempting to bully / bribe me by saying he 'knows who I am'.

"Wow, if you guys spent as much time promoting your Website as you do emailing, harassing and posting negative content about us online Amie, I am 100% certain you would do really well. Keep it up and I will start legal proceedings for damages and harassment. We know who you are and are printing out hard copies of all activity being carried out by you and Joe.
