I ordered a pair of shoes for $59 and today I received a $.30 pencil from China instead of my shoes. The company only allows payment through PayPal which I had never used before, but was assured by friends that it was safe...so much for that. I really do not know where to go from here. I am retired and on a fixed income. How so I get my money back?
