I ordered a pair of shoes from Rios Shoes on 10/30/12. Paypal charged me for the transaction. I have no shoes. They did send a small envelope that I have not opened. I am trying to get Paypal to make this good, but so far have had no luck. They sent a message telling me the seller had proof of shipping the package. Unfortunately it is NOT what I ordered and paid for. Has anyone else had a situation with Paypal?????
