Totally bogus guarantee of refund. Their woodworking plans are horrible scans, low quality, common items almost all in the public domain accessible for free on the internet. The site is an unprofessional website with many areas that are not accessible. The Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints about them and also states that it can not contact them at the address, by email, nor by phone. AVOID this scam....
