My wife passed away and i could't afford to pay for my phone and internet service.I called comcast to stop these two services and keep my tv service minus my dvr box. They told me they couldn't stop my service until i returned my equipement. On 3/5/12,I returned all equipement related to phone and internet, plus dvr box.Service was stopped for those services.On 3/20/12, i removed all tv boxes and and tv adapter and returned them to millersville, md.(comcast office)All comcast services ended at that time.On 4/1/12 they sent me a bill stating i over paid 65.10 and they would reimburse me.They later sent me a letter saying i didn't return the modem (1emta),they said it wasn't in their warehouse.Still no refund.If they coulldn't cut off service until equipement was returned ,then how come it was cut off?
