My client Sampson Tetteh, received an invoice from ebay purchase protection financial department, for Mitsubishi Montero other trim, on August 23, 2011. He forwarded the invoice to me to pay for it and take delivery. I received a call from Ellen Roxworthy who introduced herself as a US marine engineer, and for the security reasons her phone number cannot be reached because of where she works. She spoke to me about the invoice, but asked to speak to, Frank Eyeson, a director of my company(Duncan International LLC). the invoice was later received via email from my client . Payment was instructed by the above mentioned company via western union to ebay agent Mark Rawles, 96 Lois Street, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342 USA. After payment the above company requested to make payment of $2100 for insurance before shipment to begin. I insisted to let my agent inspect the car in KY before we make payment of the insurance. They refused and ended the transaction with a communication in August 31, 2011 to refund the payment the next day September 1, 2011. But have since not received the refund.
