I received a bank charge of $39.95 with an international service fee charge of $0.32. I did not purchase any sort of services from EXCsupport. When I called their number, I was told it was for purchase of an online website domain called "Lifestyle Services," which I did not purchase. When I called EXCsupport, they were said they would cancel the charges and refund the amount in 7-10 days. We shall see if they follow through.
