Received letter demanding $218 for business registration of legal entity registered with CA SOS. Letter had no phone number, no CA seal, no postmark from CA SOS and remittance to Los Angeles PO BOX instead of Sacramento SOS office.
Also due date 10/15/12 did not correspond to date with SOS office. Did not pay.
