I was calling my financial company but the voice indicated the menu had changed. Suddenly a women was on the phone stating that I had won a free trip. I was surprised but confused. I thought that the financial institution I called was running some type of promotional. I just wanted to connect with the financial institution but was informed that I would be transferred shortly. After speaking to three different people the call was terminated but I was not connected to the number I had initially called. I hit redial and the that I had first intended to make went through. I asked the financial institution if they had any previous complaints or how it was possible that my call was intercepted. I have no idea.
