I ordered a pair of Tom shoes on 11/10/12 with my visa. It hit my cc on 11/11/12. I have tred contacting via email, Internet ad phone. Email and Internet says that my payment hasn't been received. I called and got a young foreign girl spoke barely English. She wanted me to give her my cc number again. I said no and she hung up on me. I am getting very leary about ordering on the Internet!! P,ease help
